چکیده

Olive (Olea europaea L.) is an economical fruit tree for the usage of oil extraction and table olives. It favored by consumers because abundant unsaturated fatty acids flavonoids, but little known about genetic mechanisms. This study identifies traits three olive cultivars ‘Arbequina’, ‘Frantoio selection’ ‘Nikitskii ?’, first planted in conditions acid soil rainy summer further elucidates flavonoid biosynthesis mechanism multi-omics analysis. ‘Arbequina’ had medium flesh/pit ratios (3.94, 3.53) contents (15.95%, 12.95%) were suitable extraction. ?’ a big ratio (6.25) content (13.13%) could be used both olives purpose. Totally, 37 35 compounds detected gas chromatography-mass spectrometry liquid technologies with average Pearson correlation indexes 0.985 0.971 among different cultivars, respectively. Transcriptome analysis identified 14,684 differentially expressed genes 1008 common differential genes. Furthermore, enrichment showed 15 8 pathways involved metabolism 44 32 prior transcripts tested, Overall, displayed larger difference they high acids/fatty oleic acid/fatty acids, While presented advantage expressions related The provides excellent materials candidate genetically improving quality oil.

effect of cultivar and climatic conditions on olive (olea europaea l.) oil fatty acid composition

many factors, particularly the planted cultivar for oil production and climatic conditions, can affect olive oil quality. this research was conducted with 12 olive cultivars in olive research stations with different climatic conditions (taroum, roodbar, gorgan, kazeron and sarpolezehab). fruits with 4-4.5 ripening indices were harvested in each region. fatty acids composition data were analyzed...

454 Pyrosequencing of Olive (Olea europaea L.) Transcriptome in Response to Salinity

Olive (Olea europaea L.) is one of the most important crops in the Mediterranean region. The expansion of cultivation in areas irrigated with low quality and saline water has negative effects on growth and productivity however the investigation of the molecular basis of salt tolerance in olive trees has been only recently initiated. To this end, we investigated the molecular response of cultiva...
